Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern within Human Capital, you will support the team in delivering seamless and professional recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support recruitment operations. Assist in the coordination of day-to-day recruitment activities to ensure efficiency, responsiveness and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Manage candidate communications. Support the management of the general recruitment team mailbox and provide timely, professional responses to candidate and stakeholder enquiries.

  • Coordinate interviews and hiring activities. Arrange interviews, liaise with candidates and hiring teams, and help ensure the scheduling process is smooth, accurate, and well managed.

  • Facilitate the recruitment process. Support the end-to-end talent acquisition process from requisition through to offer generation using recruitment systems and internal processes.

  • Support offer management. Assist in coordinating the offer and closing process for selected candidates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and professional experience.

  • Maintain recruitment data and systems. Utilise applicant tracking and recruitment systems for data entry, reporting and process tracking in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Contribute to recruitment initiatives. Support the team in ongoing recruitment campaigns, hiring events, process improvements and talent acquisition projects.

  • Collaborate across teams. Work closely with campus, graduate and experienced hire recruiters within the Singapore firm to support shared hiring priorities and initiatives.

  • Assist in sourcing activities. Partner with recruiters to support candidate sourcing efforts across various platforms and channels.

What we are looking for

  • Students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines are preferred.

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment or human resources.

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to teamwork and excellence.

  • Well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Confident, proactive and dependable in handling responsibilities.

  • Good co-curricular activities record will be an advantage.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships.
