What You’ll Do

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HVAC Technicians
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Drive division performance through goal setting, reporting, and team development
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase service, maintenance, and replacement opportunities
  • Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to optimize scheduling and communication
  • Improve efficiency through route optimization, workflow improvements, and technician performance tracking
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for residential HVAC systems, installations, and service
  • Stay current with HVAC codes, regulations (EPA, local/state), and emerging technologies
  • Ensure top‑tier service quality, system performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and technical expertise

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in residential HVAC
  • Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems (installation, maintenance, diagnostics)
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and develop technicians at all skill levels
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional homeowner experiences
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, efficiency, and quality goals
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective presentation and training skills; comfortable leading team meetings
  • Confident, decisive communicator in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
  • Familiarity with service management software and dispatch systems
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation & Details:

  • Pay: $100,000 – $120,000 annually (plus performance‑based bonuses)
  • Job Type: Full‑Time
