HVAC Service Manager

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Bid-on and accurately attain maintenance service agreements.
• Increase, and improve HVAC Service Department’s revenue and profitability
• Work closely with clients, and leading technicians as well as other office staff-members.

Requirements:

• Local
• Stable work history.
• 3+ years of Service Management experience.
• Strong knowledge in: State Building Codes, HVAC/Controls systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), among other software is a plus.
