HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support, site surveys, and product recommendations.
• Perform instalation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Provide after-sales service support and respond to customer service requests.
• Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in HVAC installation, servicing, maintenance, or troubleshooting is preferred.
• Fresh graduates from Technical Institutes, Polytechnics, or equivalent technical training programs in Mechanical, Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, or related disciplines may be considered.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage.

Language Requirements

• Able to speak, read, and write English and Chinese is an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and prepare service reports.
