HVAC - Service Technician

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose issues and determine needed repairs• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts• Test system performance and efficiency using industry‑standard tools and equipment• Install, repair, or replace defective components in HVAC systems• Recommend system upgrades or enhancements to improve performance and energy efficiency• Maintain accurate and complete records of all work performed• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while performing service and repair tasks.

What You Need

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience• Working knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and safety procedures.• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.• Sales and customer service experience required.• Must pass motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screening• Excellent customer service skills: reliable, professional, and trustworthy• Physical dexterity and ability to perform service‑related tasks

Compensation:Competitive annual pay $75,000–$100,000 for skilled HVAC Service Technicians, based on experience and qualifications.Additional earnings potential through performance-based incentive program in the HVAC service sector.
