About the Role

This is an outside, field-based sales position focused on developing new business and strengthening relationships within the commercial (B2B) market.

We’re seeking a motivated sales professional to contribute to the continued growth of our commercial HVAC division. In this role, you’ll offer a full range of HVAC solutions including design-build services, system replacements, retrofits, and energy-efficiency improvements. You will collaborate with clients to understand their operational goals and deliver solutions that improve performance, reliability, and long-term value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and industry partners
  • Identify new opportunities for equipment upgrades, replacements, and new system installations
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals that clearly define project scope, pricing, and timelines
  • Partner with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, energy regulations, and emerging HVAC technologies
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while supporting overall business growth

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, project-based sales, or a related technical sales role
  • Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, applications, and equipment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
