HVAC Technician
The HVAC Technician will perform installations, service and repairs of the HVAC units at all properties within their assigned Region. This role offers a weekday schedule (Monday - Friday) with no on-call status.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs all major repairs and installations of HVAC equipment, that requires a license to perform
- Educate and work with properties on-site staff, as needed, on how to perform minor repairs like replacing capacitors, contactors, batteries, blower motors and clearing a condensation line.
- Works to maintain HVAC units for residences prior to and after occupancy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to provide and use any tools necessary for the job (ex: service manifold, voltage meter).
- Must be a self starter, able to work independently and have pride in completed tasks.
- Must maintain any equipment provided by the properties.
- Must be organized, have time and materials management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, vendors, employees, owners and guests.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and team members in English.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous HVAC experience with extensive knowledge of all HVAC requirements of the position
- HVAC License (State mechanical journeyman)
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
