Oulton College is seeking a Hybrid Instructor<\/b> to join our Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) Program<\/b>, offering a flexible opportunity with on\-campus presence just once per week<\/b>, combined with online engagement.

In this role, you will play a key part in preparing future paramedics by blending your real\-world experience with dynamic teaching approaches.

What You\u2019ll Do:<\/b>
<\/p>- Deliver engaging theoretical instruction<\/b> through a hybrid model (online and in\-person)
<\/li>- Lead simulation\-based labs<\/b> during on\-campus sessions
<\/li>- Support students in bridging theory to practice<\/b>, including participation in our student \u201cOn\-Call\u201d program
<\/li>- Contribute to program development, review, and continuous improvement<\/b>

Requirements<\/h3>Primary\n Care Paramedic diploma from an accredited program.
<\/div>

Minimum\n of 2 years of experience working as a Primary Care Paramedic
<\/div>

Current\n active licensure with a provincial paramedic regulatory body.
<\/div>
<\/div><\/li>
Previous\n experience in teaching/instruction is an asset.
