Specialist, Content Marketing role is responsible for executing day‑to‑day product content enrichment within PIM, including attributes, flags, disclaimers, sizing, shipping structures, and variant assignments. This role supports new product setup, resolves merchant rejections, and completes assigned JIRA work to defined quality and turnaround standards. The Specialist also participates in PIM UAT and ensures content accuracy prior to production release.• Execute day‑to‑day product content enrichment within PIM, including attributes, flags, disclaimers, sizing, shipping structures, and variants, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support PDP copy, apply legal/FTC disclaimers, SEO keys, and localization requirements, and audit PDPs for accuracy, consistency, and freshness.
• Support new product setup and maintenance, including new mains, suppression updates, attribute corrections, and structure assignments across store and dropship assortments.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑production audits (site, SKU, attribution, and functionality audits) to ensure ongoing data integrity after publish.
• Manage assigned JIRA tickets and workflow updates, including suppression and product update requests, completing work within defined SLAs and documenting status as required.
• Validate product attribution and behavior by previewing content in SSP, assigning web eligibility and Hybris flags, and coordinating fixes for discrepancies.
• Participate in PIM UAT, validating changes, identifying issues, and supporting releases prior to production deployment.
• Partner with Merchandising, Content, and Product Data teams to resolve merchant rejections, image or data discrepancies, and support omnichannel setup standards.
Education Required: BS in Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Retailing or other related area;
Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: Experience in E-commerce, online merchandising/sales, digital marketing, or related eCommerce business a benefit.
Years of Job-Related Experience Required: Entry-level position
Technical/Other Skills Required:(preferred but not required) Exposure to or Experience with eCommerce platforms, Data Warehouse Management systems, Content Management Systems a benefit.
