Talent Acquisition (TA) Support
- Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
HRIS Support
- Assist in updating and maintaining employee data within the HRIS system.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Support HR reporting and data administration tasks.
Employer Branding Support
- Assist in creating engaging content for employer branding initiatives.
- Support HR social media activities and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement and company events.
- Help strengthen the company’s employer image through creative initiatives.
