ID Site Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site works and assist in supervising subcontractors, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, painting, tiling, flooring, signage, and other renovation trades.
- Monitor project progress on site and update the project team with clear photos, videos, and daily reports.
- Assist in arranging site access, material delivery, worker schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
- Check site workmanship and identify defects or issues early for rectification.
- Assist in taking site measurements and checking drawings against actual site conditions.
- Read construction drawings and shop drawings for site coordination.
- Attend site meetings with owner when required and follow up on action items.
- Ensure basic site safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements are followed.
- Assist with project handover, defect rectification, and close-out works.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Building, Construction, or related field.
- Able to read and understand renovation drawings and site details.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Chinese communication ability is preferred, as the role may require coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Able to work on construction sites and travel to different project locations.
- Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, and able to follow up on site matters closely.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of site coordination experience in interior renovation, commercial renovation, retail, or F&B projects.
- Candidates with strong site experience may be considered for a higher salary package.
