As an IFS Cloud EAM and ERP - Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver impactful solutions within our Business Application Consulting practice. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on Maximo Consulting, where your role will involve supporting client engagements and projects, contributing to the development of business applications that enhance operational efficiency. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network, you will leverage your skills to modernize field service and operations, driving innovation and transformation.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the overall strategy and objectives of your projects.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagements by contributing to the implementation of IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions
- Assisting in the integration of Maximo software with existing enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Participating in project management activities to deliver solutions within established timelines
- Collaborating with team members to develop and refine Maximo functional and technical architecture
- Engaging in the development of application integrations to streamline business processes
- Utilizing emerging technologies to optimize asset management and field service operations
- Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for improving supply chain management and work management processes
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions for client challenges in the energy and utilities sectors
- Building relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide ongoing support
- Contributing to the modernization of field service and operations through the application of industry technologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
- Demonstrating skills in IBM Maximo Asset Management and Maximo Integration
- Utilizing knowledge of Middleware Architecture and Solution Architecture
- Engaging with emerging technologies in the Energy, Utilities & Mining sectors
- Applying skills in Enterprise Integration and Application Integrations
- Contributing to projects in the Aerospace and Transportation industries
- Developing expertise in Field Services Mobility (FSM) and Smart Energy Water (SEW)
