About the Role

We are seeking a Media Buyer fluent in Brazilian Portuguese to join our growing iGaming team in Vietnam. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while experiencing international relocation with full company support. The Senior Paid Ads Specialist will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to meet performance objectives

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize advertising accounts on Facebook and Kwai
  • Independently handle ad setup, budget allocation, creative testing, and data analysis
  • Continuously optimize performance based on data (CTR, conversion rate, cost)
  • Evaluate creative direction and plan testing strategies
  • Monitor account stability and manage risks

Requirements

  • 2+ Years working experience as Paid Ads Specialist , paid media or social media marketing.
  • Proven expertise in Paid Ads Management, including hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Campaign Optimization, including A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation
  • Experience with Digital Marketing Strategy to align paid advertising efforts with broader marketing goals
  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and good command of English for internal communication
  • Previous experience in iGaming, online gaming, or a related industry
  • Ability to adapt to rotational shifts or night shifts
