Position: Wealth Relationship Manager (Individual Contributor)

Locations: Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Ludhiana
Work Mode: Onsite (5 Days Work from Office)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Wealth Relationship Managers to drive client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and wealth management services for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra HNIs (UHNIs), and NRI clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in managing large investment portfolios and advising clients across a range of wealth products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income Products, and other investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients through relationship-driven wealth advisory.
  • Acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships to increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Provide investment advice and distribute wealth management products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income Products, Structured Products, and Insurance Solutions.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals, risk profiles, and investment objectives to offer customized wealth solutions.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment strategies.
  • Drive revenue generation through advisory and investment product distribution.
  • Ensure high levels of client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal product, research, and investment teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements while managing client portfolios.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
  • Minimum 3 years of tenure in the current organization.
  • Experience handling HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Mutual Funds (MF)
    • Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
    • Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
    • Fixed Income Products
    • Wealth Management Solutions
  • Currently managing an individual AUM of ₹100 Crore or above.
  • Average client ticket size of ₹1 Crore or higher.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management.
  • Proven client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and business development capabilities.
  • Stable career history with consistent growth and limited job changes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with Private Banks, Wealth Management Firms, Broking Houses, Family Offices, or Financial Advisory Organizations.
  • Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through advisory and investment product distribution.
  • Certifications such as NISM, CFP, CFA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
