*Immediate* Call Centre Agent (4 months, Healthcare, Up to $2500) #HCGT

Job Description:

- Engage customers warmly and professionally to ensure a positive experience

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and appointment requests via phone and email

- Tactfully escalate problems and work with internal/external departments for quick resolution

- Other ad-hoc duties


Job Requirement:

- Minimum N/O/A Level/NITEC/Diploma in any field

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a customer service officer in a call centre will be preferred

- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette

- IT savvy, good typing and active listening skills

- Strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Office hours, 5.5 days
