Position: Immigration Consultant
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary: Around S$2,600 per month

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Immigration Consultant to join our team. The role includes:

• Attending to client enquiries and consultations

• Explaining immigration application processes to clients

• Preparing and submitting applications for Singapore PR, Citizenship, LTVP, Entry Visa Appeals and other immigration-related matters

• Following up with clients on documents and application progress

• Assisting with marketing, social media content and client outreach

• Maintaining proper records of clients’ cases and documents

• Providing administrative support for immigration-related services

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or High School qualification

• Able to read and write in English, Chinese and Malay

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, organised and willing to learn

• Able to handle clients professionally

• Basic computer skills required

• Prior experience in immigration, admin, sales, customer service or consultancy work will be an advantage
