About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in exploring Singapore immigration options, provide professional consultation services, and guide them through the application process. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, enjoys building relationships, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Follow up with leads from walk-ins, referrals, and online enquiries.
- Conduct consultations to assess clients' eligibility for Singapore Permanent Residency.
- Explain service packages, answer client questions, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Fresh Leads Provided no need for Cold calling
Client Management
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Guide clients through the immigration process and provide regular updates.
- Work closely with the processing team to prepare and submit applications.
Administrative & Coordination
- Keep accurate records of consultations, sales, and client documents.
- Ensure all applications comply with ICA, MOM, and company requirements.
- Provide after-sales support and assist clients when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or immigration consultancy is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven and able to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused.
Compensation:
