Implementation Application Senior Analyst
Overview
The Implementation Application Senior Analyst facilitates the effective deployment of Curation technologies with our partners, providing support to internal and external teams in accordance with the evolving requirements of the organization.
Responsibilities
Provides implementation support and management of MRO applications to include, but not limited to:
- Gathering required data and completing configuration of MRO applications.
- Managing Partner migration files including exporting files from legacy systems, validation of file content and format and importing data into MRO systems.
- Participating in implementation calls to review technical specifications and answer Partner technical questions.
- Testing and troubleshooting Partner data and providing feedback to Partner on results.
- Resolving operational and technical issues as necessary.
- Serve as primary resource during implementation for internal and external teams on set up and functionality of MRO applications.
- Develop and maintain required documentation on MRO applications to allow transition to the application support team for ongoing support.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other MRO resources and departments.
- Ensure that proper escalation procedures are followed when timelines are adjusted or in jeopardy.
- Other duties as assigned as appropriate
Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience in healthcare and/or support environment
- Bachelors required or equivalent experience
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, deep work ethic required.
- Excellent analytic skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and exceptional listening skills required.
- Excellent computer skills specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain and strive in a daily high activity environment providing excellent customer service to meet objectives.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Position requires minimal travel
- Position is performed remotely
Total CompensationBase pay is one element of the total compensation package. Eligible employees may also receive an annual cash bonus and have access to a comprehensive benefits offering, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Salary Range It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Individual pay may be influenced by factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
