Implementation Consultant for No-Code Platform
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Implementation Consultant for No-Code Platform based in India.
This role is at the intersection of customer success, product implementation, and problem-solving within a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will work directly with global customers to configure and deploy a no-code platform tailored to their business processes. The role involves understanding complex operational workflows and translating them into simple, functional system configurations. You will participate in live customer sessions, often in global time zones, and play a key role in ensuring successful onboarding experiences. This is a hands-on position where speed, clarity, and attention to detail directly influence customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to improving internal implementation processes as the platform evolves. The environment is highly dynamic, feedback-driven, and ideal for individuals who enjoy learning through real-world problem solving.
Accountabilities:
- Work directly with customers to understand their business processes and translate requirements into configured solutions on a no-code platform.
- Participate in virtual customer meetings, often in evening/night hours, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Configure application workflows, modules, and system setups based on customer needs, with training provided on platform tools.
- Create and customize document outputs such as PDF templates based on client specifications.
- Troubleshoot non-technical issues, resolve user queries, and coordinate with engineering teams for defect tracking and resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation, task tracking, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of customer onboarding and implementation milestones.
- Contribute feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve product usability and implementation processes.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical and non-technical concepts to global customers.
- Prior exposure to software implementation, ERP systems, or configurable/no-code platforms is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of software concepts and comfort working alongside engineering teams.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly, including platform configuration tools and document/template builders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evening/night shifts aligned with global customer schedules.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
