Implementation Engineer
- Implement Industrial APM, predictive maintenance, and\n reliability solutions for customer sites. <\/span>
<\/li>- Review\n engineering documents such as P&IDs, PFDs, equipment datasheets,\n manuals, and historian tag lists.<\/span>
<\/li>- Perform\n asset\-to\-tag mapping, data validation, and process\-context mapping.<\/span>
<\/li>- Understand\n and validate process equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines,\n boilers, heat exchangers, motors, and rotating equipment.<\/span>
<\/li>- Work\n with DCS, SCADA, PLC, and historian data systems.<\/span>
<\/li>- Support\n reliability engineering activities including RCM, FMEA, condition\n monitoring, RCA, and predictive maintenance workflows.<\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate\n with customer engineering, maintenance, operations, and digital teams\n during implementation.<\/span>
<\/li>- Prepare\n implementation documents, validation reports, mapping sheets, and project\n updates.<\/span>
<\/li>- Travel\n to customer sites whenever required.<\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- 3\u20135\n years of experience in Industrial APM, reliability engineering, process\n engineering, industrial analytics, or digital transformation projects.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience\n in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals, Cement, or Process Industries.<\/span>
<\/li>- Good\n understanding of industrial processes and equipment behaviour.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability\n to read and understand P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, manuals, and tag\n lists.<\/span>
<\/li>- Exposure\n to DCS/SCADA/PLC/Historian systems.<\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge\n of condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, RCM, FMEA, and RCA\n concepts.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong\n Excel and data validation skills.<\/span>
<\/li>- Good\n communication and customer coordination skills.<\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Preferred Skills<\/span><\/b>
<\/h3>- Experience\n with APM or Predictive Maintenance platforms.<\/span>
<\/li>- Exposure to OSIsoft PI /\n AVEVA PI, Aspen IP.21, Honeywell PHD, GE Historian, or similar systems.<\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with Honeywell,\n Emerson, Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, Schneider, or Rockwell DCS systems.<\/span>
<\/li>- Exposure to SAP PM, IBM\n Maximo, or other CMMS platforms.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in power plant\n systems or rotating equipment monitoring is an added advantage.<\/span>
<\/li>- Basic\n understanding of industrial analytics, dashboards, or ML\-based monitoring\n systems.<\/span>
