This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, enterprise software delivery, and clinical transformation, focusing on the successful implementation of advanced inpatient capacity solutions. You will lead complex, end-to-end deployment programs across large hospital systems, ensuring seamless adoption of data-driven tools that improve care delivery and operational efficiency. Working closely with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders, you will translate hospital workflows into scalable digital implementations. The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate highly matrixed healthcare environments. You will drive alignment across engineering, product, and clinical teams while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and measurable outcomes are met. This is a high-impact position where your work directly influences patient flow optimization and hospital performance at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Lead full-cycle implementation programs for enterprise hospital deployments, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and go-live readiness while ensuring successful delivery of inpatient capacity solutions across complex healthcare environments.
- Partner with clinical operations, data integration, product, and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Act as the primary delivery lead across multiple hospital stakeholders, including executives, physicians, nurses, IT teams, and care coordinators, driving adoption and sustained usage of implemented solutions.
- Manage risks, resolve escalations, and proactively remove implementation blockers while maintaining clear communication and structured reporting to internal leadership and client sponsors.
- Oversee project documentation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring scalable processes and high-quality execution across deployments.
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, program management, technical delivery, or healthcare consulting within SaaS, health tech, or hospital environments, ideally involving complex enterprise deployments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, inpatient workflows, and hospital systems, with the ability to engage credibly in clinical and operational discussions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, including engineering, product, clinical staff, and executive leadership in high-stakes environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-workstream projects with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence adoption across all levels of healthcare organizations.
- Hands-on comfort with data, reporting tools, and technical concepts related to system integrations, workflows, and implementation tracking.
