Implementation Manager

You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and drive end-to-end implementations. You will project manage complex engagements, capture and translate client business goals into technical requirements, document data needs and architecture, coordinate with engineers and SMEs, integrate clients with the product suite, investigate and debug complex issues, lead client launches, and ensure post go-live success.

Responsibilities

• Project manage complex implementation engagements for enterprise accounts
• Oversee project plans and implementations with SMEs and engineers
• Capture and document clients' business goals and translate them into technical requirements
• Document clients' data requirements and architecture to guide client discussions
• Establish and own client relationships with business and IT stakeholders
• Help clients integrate with the product suite
• Investigate and debug complex issues and escalate as needed
• Lead customer launches and ensure post go-live success
• Contribute to a positive team culture and working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Business Information Systems or similar
• 4+ years of experience in technology consulting professional services data analysis or related fields
• Experience in enterprise architecture including AWS integration technologies and APIs
• Experience working with engineering teams
• Effective communication and client management skills
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to thrive amidst ambiguity
• Passion for and curiosity about digital assets
• Background in FinTech or Tax and Accounting preferred
