Implementation Project Manager
- Participate in presales activities, including solution design, effort estimation and proposal support
- Conduct product and solution demonstrations during presales engagements
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of implementation projects
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans, schedules and milestones
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets
- Drive key project phases, including requirements gathering, solution configuration/customization, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training (EUT)
- Track and monitor project deliverables to ensure timely execution in line with agreed timelines
- Provide leadership, direction and support to project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables and implementation activities
- Monitor project progress continuously and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Prepare and present project reports highlighting progress, risks, issues and mitigation plans
- Manage change requests and project interventions to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, project evaluations, and performance assessments to drive continuous improvement
