Key Responsibilities

Stores Management

  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per authorized requests
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers (manual/ERP)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct periodic stock verification and report discrepancies
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase team for replenishment
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Security Management
    <\/h4>
    • Supervise security personnel and duty rosters
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure safety and security of company premises, assets, and materials
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Maintain visitor logs and security incident records
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Coordinate with management in case of emergencies or security issues
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Administrative Responsibilities

      • Handle general administrative duties and office coordination
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Maintain records, files, and compliance\-related documents
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations departments
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Support facility management, housekeeping, and vendor coordination
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Skills & Competencies
        <\/h3>
        • Knowledge of inventory and storekeeping practices
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP, email)
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Good organizational and communication skills
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Attention to detail and integrity in handling company assets
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Qualifications & Experience
          <\/h3>
          • Diploma / Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline (preferred)
            <\/p><\/li>

          • 2\u20135 years of experience in Stores / Security / Admin roles
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Experience in ISP / Telecom / Industrial environment is an advantage
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
