Now backed by Rinnai Australia, we’re entering an exciting new stage of growth - and we’re looking for a driven In-Home Energy Specialist to join our Adelaide team.

This is not a cold-calling role. You won’t be knocking on doors or chasing your own leads. Instead, you’ll be meeting homeowners who have already shown interest, with around 10–15+ pre-booked and pre-qualified appointments provided to you each week. 📅

Your role is to sit down with customers, understand their household energy usage, identify the best solution for their home, and confidently guide them through solar, battery and smart energy options.

You’ll be trusted to run a thorough consultation, build genuine rapport and close high-value deals that make a real difference to both the customer’s bills and their carbon footprint.

We’ll set you up properly from day one with structured onboarding, hands-on training and the opportunity to shadow some of our top-performing specialists in the field. Once you’re up and running, you’ll work with autonomy, flexibility and the support of a national team behind you. 🚗

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meeting customers in their homes across Adelaide
  • Running detailed energy consultations and needs assessments
  • Recommending tailored solar, battery and home energy solutions
  • Explaining products, savings and next steps clearly
  • Closing warm, pre-qualified appointments
  • Managing your schedule around customer availability
  • Delivering a professional, trusted Smart Energy experience
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in face-to-face sales, business development, in-home sales or high-value consultative sales
  • A confident communicator who can build trust quickly
  • A self-driven, hungry mindset and a genuine desire to win
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to close
  • Flexibility to work around customer appointment times
  • Comfort working autonomously and managing your own pipeline
  • Solar sales experience is a bonus, but not essential for someone with the right sales ability
