We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated In\-Process Quality Inspection Specialist to join our 2W Electric Bike Manufacturing team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of electric bikes by conducting detailed inspections on the production line, focusing on critical components such as the motor.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
Quality Inspection:<\/b>
<\/p>- Conduct thorough inspections of electric bikes at various stages, with a specific focus on the motor components.
<\/li> - Ensure that components meet specified quality standards, safety regulations, and design specifications.
<\/li> - Knowledge on Visual , Functional, Electrical & dimensional inspection of parts.
<\/li> - Good knowledge in problem solving tools ( 7 QC tools , 8D , why why analysis, CAPA )
<\/li><\/ul>Defect Identification:<\/b>
<\/p>- Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non\-conformities related to the motor during the production process.
<\/li> - Work collaboratively with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
<\/li> - Determine root\-cause of deviations non\-conforming results and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
<\/li><\/ul>Documentation:<\/b>
<\/p>- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, including photographs and written reports, for the motor components.
<\/li> - Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
<\/li> - Review production records in relation to quality compliance.
<\/li> - Daily closure report 0 @ QDC.
<\/li> - ISO documentation compliance and record management.
<\/li><\/ul>Process Monitoring:<\/b>
<\/p>- Monitor and evaluate production processes related to motor components to proactively identify potential quality issues.
<\/li> - Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
<\/li> - Good knowledge on Motor technology.
<\/li> - Good knowledge on Motor assembly process, Stator assembly, Rotor assembly & Housing assembly.
<\/li> - Responsible to monitor assembly as per SOP, Process check sheet, OPL etc
<\/li> - Good knowledge on testing equipment / Methodology used for Motor.
<\/li> - 4M confirmation @ Line start.
<\/li> - Training evaluation of unskilled manpower.
<\/li><\/ul>Collaboration:<\/b>
<\/p>- Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement in the quality of motor components.
<\/li> - Provide feedback to relevant teams on ways to enhance the overall manufacturing process.
<\/li><\/ul>Training:<\/b>
<\/p>- Conduct training sessions for production line workers on quality standards and inspection criteria specific to motor components.
<\/li> - Ensure that the production team is aligned with and understands quality requirements for these critical components.
<\/li><\/ul>Audit Support:<\/b>
<\/p>- Assist in internal and external quality audits by providing necessary documentation and insights into the in\-process quality controls for motor components.

Requirements<\/h3>
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical / Automobile, or a related field.
<\/li> - Proven experience in quality inspection within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on electric vehicle components.
<\/li> - Strong understanding of quality standards and processes related to motors in electric bike manufacturing.
<\/li> - Attention to detail and excellent problem\-solving skills.
<\/li> - Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
