Day in the life of an Inbound Logistics Administrator

In this job, you will be part of the data entry/logistics team for our Repair and Calibration lab in Eindhoven. With over 60.000 devices serviced yearly, the logistics department plays a pivotal role in serving our customers with a quick turnaround time and precise service. As a data entry/logistics clerk you interpret our customers orders and wishes into our ERP system and support the logistics inbound and outbound. The position is part administrative/part physical (80%/20%)

Responsibilities

  • Interpreting customer orders and enter them into our ERP system

  • Support the logistics teams with daily incoming and outgoing goods

  • Assists the logistics teamlead with troubleshooting and other tasks

Your Team

You will be joining a total team of 8 and a team leader. You will report to the Manager of Logistics.

Experience

  • Good communication skills and independence in working.

  • Proficient in the English language.

  • Being a great teammate

  • Administrative experience is a pre.
