About the Role<\/span><\/span><\/span>

We are looking for a motivated Inbound SDR to join VideoSDK in Surat. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical education background and experience in handling inbound leads, customer interactions, and sales qualification. You will be responsible for engaging with prospects, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales pipeline.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Handle and qualify inbound leads through calls, emails, and meetings<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct follow\-ups and nurture leads for conversions<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule demos and meetings<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Work with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and other CRM platforms<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/h3>
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or customer\-facing sales roles<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Technical education background (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT, Computer Science, IT, or related field)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with cold calling, lead qualification, and CRM tools<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to understand technical products and communicate effectively with prospects<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Willing to work onsite in Surat<\/span><\/span><\/span>
