Main Responsibilities
Accelerate Growth: Jump into the exciting world of marketing! You'll craft and execute smart ATL & BTL strategies for our top markets, creating campaigns that truly connect with diverse cultures through engaging campaigns.
Become a Consumer Insight Pro: Get to know consumers across different regions inside and out. Your understanding of their behaviours won't just inform; it will actively shape how we build strong brand equity and awareness, making our brands truly resonate.
Own Media That Moves the Brand: This role goes beyond campaign execution; it’s about shaping smart, insight-led media plans that grow reach, relevance, and results. You’ll partner across teams and agencies to place the brand in the right moments, making every media investment work harder and land stronger.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA from a reputed institution
•2+ years of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager
•Personal fit with the Company's culture: passionate, quality and results-oriented, high level of integrity, supportive, open, flexible, and focused.
•Able to think intuitively about consumer needs and beliefs and be able to execute it in the Marketing Mix
•Strong critical thinking and strategic reasoning skills.
•Proactive approach to workload management
•Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to communicate (verbal and written) ideas with learning concisely.
•Ability to work in a team
•Able to think laterally around problems to create solutions.
•Able to plan effectively, to handle complex project implementation and time management.
