Indoor Sales Executive/Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties

· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails

· Developing quotations, following up on sales leads, negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

· Gathering market and customer information and information of new projects. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements

· Negotiating variations in price and specifications with customers

· Ensuring quantities of goods are in stock

· Recording sales and order information

· Coordinate the delivery of goods

· Responsible for payment collection


Qualifications and Skills

· Strong listening and communication skills

· Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

· Willing to work in Tuas and work half days on alternate Saturdays
