Indoor Sales Executive

  • Conducting sales call to customers from provided leads

  • Engage with customers for upselling, cross-selling, and following up on sales leads

  • Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, conversion, and loyalty

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities

  • Ensure service excellence in operations

  • Prepare online store for promotions in alignment with marketing campaigns

  • Conduct inventory checks to ensure product availability and timely restocking

  • Oversee order processing and delivery for smooth transactions and timely fulfillment

  • Report on online store performance, including weekly projections and insights

  • Analyze sales metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities

  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing/Business or relevant field

  • Min 2-3 years experience in e-commerce industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience with CRM and marketplace platforms is an advantage

  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm)

  • Location: Macpherson

  • Salary: up to $4000
