Job Summary

You will drive business growth as an Indoor Sales Executive by proactively reaching out to customers via phone and email, building relationships, and closing sales while consistently meeting daily and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and send emails daily to potential and existing customers to generate and nurture sales opportunities
  • Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate IT and B2B solutions that address their requirements
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Respond promptly and professionally to leads, quotes, and customer inquiries to advance sales processes
  • Manage daily outreach activities independently to maximize sales productivity
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories to expand customer base
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve sales scripts, emails, and overall sales strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in indoor sales, telesales, or similar customer-facing roles; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome
  • Experience selling IT products, services, or B2B solutions is advantageous but not mandatory
