What You Can Expect:

-

  • Generate new and existing D-level account GP by maintaining strong customer relationships via phone, email, and digital channel for wider outreach
  • Generate NEW Outbound Leads and prospects to identify business potential, shipment patterns, and buying behaviour.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and qualify and convert leads into opportunities through phone, email, or digital channels.
  • Manage and own a portfolio BoB: ensure on-time follow up with win/loss reasons & customer feedback, renewals, and low churn.
  • Achieve lead conversion and revenue generation targets as defined by management
  • Work closely with the outside sales, operations, pricing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Full capture and discipline of customer lifecycle starting from Leads> Activities > Opportunities conversion in CRM and ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Close monitor of the market fluctuations, competition behavior from the customers and revert feedback back to pricing & product team internally

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the freight, transportation or logistics industry.
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.
  • Articulate with excellent telephone manner; Comfortable making cold calls.
  • Ability to work independently as well as under pressure in troubleshooting situations.
  • Possess strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude, and a friendly and professional manner when dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
  • Strong work-ethic and integrity.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
