Indoor Sales / Sourcing Specialist (Marine Industry)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and follow up closely to secure orders
- Respond to customer enquiries, including urgent and technical requests
- Source products locally and internationally, including hard-to-find items
- Maintain strong communication with customers and suppliers
- Resolve issues by coordinating between customers and vendors
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving attitude and persistence in sourcing
- Comfortable handling urgent requests and tight deadlines
- Ability to manage technical queries (training provided if needed)
- Experience in marine industry or ship chandelling preferred
- Familiar with working beyond office hours when required
