We are looking for a hands\-on and technically sound Electronics\nIndustrialization Engineer<\/b> to drive the transition of products from design\nto scalable, high\-quality manufacturing. This role is a critical interface\nbetween R&D, sourcing, and EMS partners<\/b>, ensuring design intent is\npreserved while enabling cost\-effective, reliable mass production.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in power\nelectronics<\/b>, a working understanding of embedded software<\/b>, and\npractical experience in EMS collaboration and DFM<\/b>.

<\/span>Technical\nOwnership & Industrialization:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Lead\n the industrialization lifecycle<\/b> from prototype (EVT) through\n validation (DVT/PVT) to mass production.
    <\/li>
  • Translate\n engineering design into production\-ready documentation<\/b> (BOMs,\n gerbers, PCBA specs, test jigs).
    <\/li>
  • Perform design for manufacturability (DFM)<\/b> and design for testability\n (DFT)<\/b> reviews.
    <\/li>
  • Own\n ramp\-up quality metrics such as yield, test coverage, and field return\n trends<\/b>.
    <\/li><\/ul>
    • Work\n with R&D on thermal design reviews<\/b>, layout strategies<\/b>,\n and power component derating<\/b>.
      <\/li>
    • Ensure\n compliance with voltage isolation<\/b>, creepage/clearance<\/b>, and\n safety standards.
      <\/li><\/ul>
      • Act\n as the technical bridge<\/b> between internal R&D,\n sourcing/procurement, and EMS partners.
        <\/li>
      • Evaluate\n and qualify suppliers and alternate components<\/b>, driving cost\n engineering<\/b> without compromising quality.
        <\/li>
      • Coordinate\n with EMS on NPI builds<\/b>, line setup, process validation, and first\n article inspection (FAI)<\/b>.
        <\/li>
      • Assist\n in issue resolution<\/b> across mechanical fit, electrical issues,\n firmware compatibility, and yield drops.
        <\/li><\/ul>
        • Support\n flashing, validation, and version control of firmware at the EMS line.
          <\/li>
        • Work\n closely with software teams to validate hardware\-software integration<\/b> under production conditions.

          Qualifications & Skills:<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • B.E./B.Tech\n in Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline.
            <\/li>
          • 5\u201310\n years of experience in hardware industrialization<\/b>
            <\/li>
          • Solid\n knowledge of PCB design reviews<\/b>, SMT/PCBA manufacturing, and box\n build.
            <\/li>
          • Working\n knowledge of Altium, OrCAD<\/b>, or similar for PCB\-level\n discussions.
            <\/li>
          • Experience\n with test development<\/b>, ICT/FCT setups, fixture design and test\n station qualification<\/b>.
            <\/li>
          • Comfortable\n reviewing or discussing schematics, layouts, and thermal design<\/b>.
            <\/li>
          • Familiar\n with component lifecycle management<\/b>, cost down strategies<\/b>,\n and BOM optimization<\/b>.
            <\/li>
          • Familiarity\n with firmware flashing tools<\/b>, basic embedded debug (e.g., serial\n logs, GPIO), and validation steps.
            <\/li>
          • Hands\-on\n experience interacting with EMS vendors<\/b> and component\n suppliers<\/b>.
            <\/li>
          • Strong\n communication skills to manage cross\-functional coordination<\/b>.
            <\/li>
          • Willingness\n to travel to EMS and supplier sites<\/b> as needed.
            <\/li>
          • Experience\n in cost down<\/b> and value engineering<\/b>.

            • Working\n knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, or ISO/IATF processes<\/b>.
              <\/li>
