Industrial IT Engineer
Your mission
As Industrial IT Engineer, your goal is simple:
ensure machines, systems, and applications work seamlessly together to support production.
You will be part of a global Industrial IT ecosystem, while being deeply anchored in the reality of the shop floor.
What you will do :
Ensure production systems run smoothly
- Maintain and improve machine-to-system interfaces (MES, SAP, equipment),
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting production flows,
- Ensure data reliability and end-to-end traceability.
Support and empower operations teams
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams,
- Provide hands-on support directly on the shop floor,
- Train users and help simplify daily operations.
Develop and improve industrial IT solutions
- Collect user needs and translate them into concrete improvements,
- Contribute to the evolution of the MES (Sherpa) and connected systems,
- Collaborate with system integrators, suppliers, and internal teams.
Lead and contribute to projects
- Deploy new machines and integrate them into the ecosystem,
- Contribute to innovation projects (automation, traceability, AMR, etc.),
- Manage multiple topics in parallel in a complex industrial environment.

Your environment
- Based in Kwidzyn (Poland),
- Daily collaboration with local teams (production, maintenance, engineering, quality),
- Close interaction with Group Industrial IT teams and other sites,
- Occasional travel within the group.
The profile we are looking for :
Must-have
- Experience in an industrial environment (automation, maintenance, commissioning…),
- Solid understanding of industrial IT (networks, protocols, databases),
- Ability to understand machine behavior and system integration,
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g. Java, C++, C#),
- Strong communication skills — able to work across teams and explain technical topics clearly,
- Fluent English,
- Fluent Polish.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with MES systems,
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing (EMS environment is a plus),
- Experience in industrial digitalization or connectivity projects.
