Our Industrial program in South Carolina is focused on oil, gas, chemicals, and advanced manufacturing, with the potential to grow in mining, aggregates, and agribusiness. HDR has established offices in Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, and Fort Mill, well positioned to support our state%27s growing industries.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe primary duties of the Industrial Market Sector Lead include leadership and responsibility for program growth with an emphasis on client development, market diversification, recruiting and developing talent to support project needs. This position will work closely with local, regional, and national leaders to influence the general direction of the Industrial program to ensure that the operations and growth expectations are met. The ideal candidate would bring technical expertise in oil, gas, and chemicals or advanced manufacturing, with a seller/doer mindset to grow the other practices.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpecific duties include%5C:%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3EBeing responsible for growing, monitoring, and participating in the execution of HDR%27s portfolio of Industrial services in South Carolina. Partnering with local and regional business development leaders to position ahead of market trends and implement strategies to diversify work and grow client relationships.%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3EIdentifying and pursuing opportunities to deliver a variety of services including but not limited to design, consulting, advisory services, owners engineering, asset management, due diligence, and planning. %26nbsp;Clients may include gas utilities, developers, mining and aggregates companies, and private industries.%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3EIdentifying and establishing effective external teaming relationships to support program growth.
