Key Responsibilities

1) Routine Caregiving

  • Provide responsive care through daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene.

2) Safe & Engaging Environment

  • Create a safe, clean, and engaging environment for infants.

3) Developmental Activities

  • Plan and conduct age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities.

4) Early Communication

  • Encourage bonding and early communication through meaningful interactions.

5) Observe, Document & Report

  • Monitor infants’ health, routines, and developmental milestones accurately and consistently.

6) Family Engagement

  • Communicate regularly with families to support each child’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

- Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent certification

- ECDA Certified

- At least 2 years of experience in infant care or early years environment

- Strong understanding of infant developmental needs and caregiving routines

- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to nurturing young children

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
