Job Summary

Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants, support their developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities, and maintain clear communication with parents about their child’s health and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Provide routine care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and supervising naps to ensure comfort and safety
  • Deliver age-appropriate activities designed to support and achieve infants' developmental milestones
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their infant’s health, behavior, and well-being to foster trust and partnership

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a WSQ Higher Certificate In Infant Care (WSQ HCIC) to meet professional caregiving standards
  • Ability to work the 9am to 7pm shift to ensure consistent infant care coverage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Fluent in English language to effectively communicate with parents and colleagues
