Influencer Marketing Manager

Do you thrive on building ROI-positive influencer ecosystems that drive measurable revenue and unlock new markets? This brand is looking for a senior, data-driven, performance-led Influencer Marketing leader to own and evolve its entire influencer strategy, from high-profile celebrity partnerships to large-scale micro-influencer seeding programs, and to build the function from the ground up. If you're ready to turn influence into a primary growth engine, this is your opportunity to shape a high-impact channel and drive customer acquisition at scale. THE BRAND A fast‑scaling DTC wellness brand in the beauty/supplement space with a highly engaged 35+ female audience. The flagship product boasts a strong market fit and a rapidly growing subscriber base, with over 50,000 subscribers in the first 18 months. Paid social (Meta first) is their biggest channel; creative testing and iteration sit at the center of the strategy. The company is founder‑led, lean, and data‑driven, expanding in the UK/EU and preparing for a US launch. The founding story is rooted in solving a real customer need: the founder created a better‑tasting, more affordable alternative for his own family, then scaled it into a category‑defining brand. That test‑and‑learn DNA still drives the culture today. _This is a fully remote, full-time role._ WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Strategic ownership: Define the influencer marketing vision and roadmap, not just execute it. You'll shape how this channel scales from early traction into a core revenue driver. * Build something real: Join at an inflection point, the foundation is in place, but you'll have the mandate to professionalise, scale, and eventually lead a team. * Significant investment: Work with a brand committing serious monthly budgets to influencers, with full access to backend performance data through Meta and high testing velocity. * Flexible setup: Fully remote, with full autonomy over your working hours and location. There's a London office available if you want it, but it's never required. * Career trajectory: A genuine path to Head of Influencer or VP-level as the function and team grow beneath you. WHAT YOU’LL OWN This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will: * Define the overall influencer marketing framework, channel mix, budget allocation, creator tiers, and KPIs, and own its execution across paid, seeding, and whitelisting programs. * Manage end-to-end paid influencer campaigns at the macro and celebrity tier, owning sourcing, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking. * Oversee mass gifting and seeding initiatives, optimizing for ROI and generating high-quality UGC for repurposing across paid channels. * Analyse attribution data, Meta performance, and influencer dashboards to improve CPA, refine targeting, and identify scale opportunities, and present findings to leadership. * Develop and own the internal systems, workflows, and tracking frameworks that make the influencer function measurable, efficient, and repeatable. * Cultivate long-term partnerships with top-performing creators, agents, and managers, and identify the next tier of emerging talent before competitors do. * As the function grows, take on the initial hiring and management of junior influencer marketers or coordinators. WHO YOU ARE * Experienced: 4+ years leading influencer marketing for DTC ecommerce brands, with direct experience in health, wellness, beauty, or supplements, ideally including subscription-based products. * Proven at scale: A demonstrable track record managing £75k+/month in paid influencer spend, with clear accountability for acquisition, CPA, and ROAS targets. * Strategically and tactically strong: Comfortable setting channel strategy and getting in the weeds of execution. You know when to zoom out and when to roll up your sleeves. * Performance-led: Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, attribution modelling, and influencer analytics platforms. You make decisions based on data, not gut feel. * A skilled dealmaker: Experienced negotiating performance-based deals directly with talent, agents, and management. You know the market rates and how to close. * A builder: You've either built an influencer function before, or you've owned a significant piece of one and are ready to step into full ownership. * Organised and accountable: Able to manage complexity across multiple simultaneous campaigns without dropping the ball, and comfortable reporting results to a founder-level stakeholder.
