We\u2019re looking for a passionate and people\-first Creator / Influencer Onboarding Executive to identify high\-potential creators, build meaningful relationships, and exclusively onboard them to Kalakaaar. If you enjoy networking, negotiating, and closing deals while helping creators grow their careers, this role is for you.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>

\u2022Scout and identify talented creators across social media platforms with a keen eye for emerging talent.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022Build strong relationships with creators and successfully onboard them exclusively with Kalakaaar.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022Own the end\-to\-end onboarding journey, from initial outreach to contract closure.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022Maintain long\-term relationships with creators, ensuring high satisfaction, engagement, and retention.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022Drive creator retention by proactively addressing concerns and minimizing attrition.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022Negotiate partnerships and close onboarding deals with confidence and professionalism.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022Stay updated on creator trends, platform insights, and emerging talent to continuously strengthen the roster.<\/span>

\u2022Someone who enjoys sales, negotiations, and closing deals.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022Strong persuasion and stakeholder management abilities.<\/span>

\u2022A proactive, target\-driven mindset with a passion for the creator economy.<\/span>

\u2022Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or business development is a plus<\/span>
