Iron Mountain are seeking a reliable Warehouse Administrator / Operations Specialist to oversee and streamline our physical asset management. In this role, you will play a critical part in tracking, auditing, and organizing everything that moves through our facilities, ensuring our operations run like clockwork.

This is a fantastic position for an individual with foundational logistics or administration experience who wants a structured environment with clear guidelines and opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will:

  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Administer the processing, secure destruction, and storage of all physical company assets.
  • Inventory Control & Auditing: Accurately account for all goods in our storage facilities and conduct routine audits on incoming shipments.
  • Logistics & Flow Coordination: Prepare, coordinate, and manage shipping and receiving schedules to regulate warehouse space and optimize the flow of goods.
  • Reporting: Oversee all asset movements, receipts, and shipments, ensuring precise reporting in accordance with company procedures.
  • Facility Optimization: Maintain high standards for facility protection, equipment maintenance, space utilization, and the overall effectiveness of day-to-day operating procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience/Training: Skills developed through formal logistics/warehouse training or relevant prior work experience.
  • Procedural Mindset: Ability to work efficiently within established procedures and guidelines.
  • Detail-Oriented: A strong eye for accuracy during audits and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision while collaborating with the wider operations team.
