Oversee daily security operations: incident response, access reviews, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and information security compliance audit readiness.
Plan and govern security tooling, budget, and resource capacity to align with organizational risk priorities.
Drive the security technology lifecycle - procurement, testing, integration, tuning, and optimization of SIEM, endpoint protection, network security, and IAM platforms.
Your skills & experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate security requirements and issues for technical and non-technical audiences and engage stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and develop the security team, fostering professional growth and elevating the team's ability to participate in and shape technical discussions.
Experience implementing and integrating enterprise security platforms including SIEM, cloud security, network security controls, and endpoint security solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate risks and recommend practical technical solutions.
