Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Languages: French and English native/C2 level
Locations: France (hybrid); Toulouse is the preferred location
Travel: occasional travel to other Conga offices, events etc.
Reports to: Sr. Manager, IT Infrastructure
The IT Support Engineer (L2 / L3) provides advanced technical support across systems, infrastructure, and end-user environments. You’ll act as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring reliability, performance, and security while developing toward Infrastructure Engineering over time.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our technology environment secure, stable, and high-performing—supporting global teams and enabling business continuity.
- Own and resolve complex L2/L3 technical issues (hardware, software, network)
- Monitor and maintain systems, ensuring performance and security
- Support identity & access management and user environments
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)
- Diagnose network issues (VPN, DHCP, DNS, WiFi)
- Guide junior team members and improve knowledge sharing
- Contribute to projects, upgrades, and process improvements
-3+ years in IT support / systems administration (incl. L2/L3 exposure)
-Experience with Windows, IAM, networking, device management, and cloud platforms
-Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
-Comfort handling escalations in a global environment
-Clear communication and customer-first mindset
-Interest in progressing toward infrastructure/engineering
