Information Technology Coordinator

The Information Technology (IT) Coordinator is responsible for delivering a range of services including service management, incident management, application administration, IT project management, etc. in locations where OiP operates. The role reports to the Director Strategy Operations and Culture (DSOC) with matrix management to the OI Global Service Desk supporting implementation of IT requirements across the region. The role works closely with Programs & Operations teams and with key strategic partners including OAU, OI and externally with local IT partners and suppliers. The Coordinator is expected to have a growth mindset continuously exploring opportunities to maximize technological solutions which bring greater efficiency and impact.
