Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Cost Manager, ANS

  • You'll develop, review, and manage project-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Plans in alignment with the Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
  • You'll lead the development and implementation of cost control systems, plans, and procedures across project portfolios.
  • You'll monitor budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure compliance with all project and corporate financial objectives.
  • You'll identify cost variances, potential risks, and savings opportunities, proposing corrective actions as required.
  • You'll prepare and maintain detailed cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts for project leadership and stakeholders.
  • You'll conduct variance analysis, cash flow tracking, and earned value performance reporting.
  • You'll partner with project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to coordinate all aspects of cost control.
  • You'll act as a trusted financial advisor to project leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
  • You'll lead and mentor cost control team members, fostering professional development and accountability.
  • You'll drive process improvement and standardization in cost management practices and tools.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
  • 7+ years in project cost control or financial analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role supporting large capital or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems and expert use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate financial implications.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication capabilities.
  • Background in life sciences, manufacturing, construction, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
  • BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
  • 10+ years in project cost control or financial analysis, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role supporting large capital or industrial projects.
  • Advance knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and financial reporting.
