We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our products, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure delivery pipelines and environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

This is a hands\-on role. You should be comfortable owning infrastructure projects end\-to\-end, from design through implementation and ongoing maintenance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain and optimize VMs across development, staging, and production<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Monitor system health and availability; configure alerting and incident response workflows<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Implement auto\-scaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery strategies<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Automate deployment workflows to reduce manual work and improve release velocity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Ensure deployments are reliable, reversible, and observable<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Containers & Orchestration<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

      • Write and optimize Dockerfiles; manage multi\-stage builds and image standards<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Implement RBAC, network policies, resource quotas, and namespace isolation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, security groups, DNS, and load balancers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Apply network security best practices including firewall rules and zero\-trust principles<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and routing issues across environments<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Administer and tune PostgreSQL databases in production environments<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Collaborate with developers on query performance, indexing, and schema migrations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

              Candidates must have solid, practical experience with the following:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

              • Docker \u2014 multi\-stage builds, Compose, image management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Deploying & managing VMs across multiple cloud vendors, maintaining reproducible builds<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins \u2014 CI/CD pipelines, secrets management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • PostgreSQL \u2014 administration, backup/recovery, replication, query tuning<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Git \u2014 branching strategies, merging, code review workflows<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Networking \u2014 TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPC, load balancers, firewalls<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Linux \u2014 systems administration, Bash scripting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • 5+ years of hands\-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Production experience deploying and managing VMs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Strong proficiency with AWS or GCP, or Azure<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Solid understanding of Docker and container best practices<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL administration<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Strong networking fundamentals<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
