As an Infrastructure, Healthcare & Networking Specialist - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network. You will be at the forefront of managing client service accounts, driving client engagement workstreams, and leading teams to develop high-quality deliverables. Within our Managed Services practice, you will leverage your strategic vision and business acumen to navigate complex challenges and deliver exceptional client service.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities

- Leading the design and deployment of network infrastructure solutions to support client needs
- Managing cloud infrastructure projects using platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Overseeing network security measures, including firewall management and VPN security, to protect client data
- Implementing strategic network design and upgrades to enhance system performance and reliability
- Conducting network traffic analysis and reporting to identify and address potential issues
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development
- Collaborating with clients to understand their infrastructure requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues within network systems
- Confirming compliance with regulatory authority standards and network security policies
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices in cloud networking and infrastructure management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
