Infrastructure Solution Architect (Network & Cloud)

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect / Service Delivery Manager to lead and develop infrastructure services across Network, Public Cloud, and Capacity domains.

This role combines technical architecture, service ownership, and project coordination, ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives across India and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design and develop infrastructure solutions covering:
  • Network services (WAN, LAN/WiFi, SD-WAN, connectivity)
  • Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Capacity and hybrid infrastructure
• Ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of solutions
• Contribute to infrastructure strategy, standards, and roadmaps

Service Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services in assigned scope
• Ensure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement
• Act as the primary interface between business, IT, and service providers
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance

Project Coordination (India & Asia)

• Coordinate and lead infrastructure-related projects in the region
• Ensure alignment with global architecture and governance
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage technical collaboration with partners and suppliers
• Drive accountability, cost optimization, and service improvements
• Work closely with internal teams, including cloud, network, and security

Operational Excellence

• Ensure infrastructure stability, security, and compliance
• Support lifecycle management and capacity planning
• Drive automation, standardization, and modernization initiatives

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (network and/or cloud)
• Proven experience in:
  • Solution architecture
  • Service delivery management
  • Infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of:
  • Networking (WAN, LAN, firewalls, VPN)
  • Public cloud (Azure and/or AWS)
  • Hybrid infrastructure environments
