  • Responsible for implementing infrastructure maintenance programs (roads, drainage, lots, and retention ponds), including routine, periodic, and reconstruction activities.

  • Supervise and control all infrastructure\-related works in terms of technical aspects, quality, schedule, cost, and administration.
    <\/li>
  • Develop daily, monthly, annual, and five\-year maintenance plans, including budget preparation.
    <\/li>
  • Handle tenant complaints through the application in accordance with the defined SLA.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct defect checklists with the development team during contractor PHO and FHO stages.
    <\/li>
  • Prepare and submit regular work reports.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
      <\/li>
    • At least 2\-3 years of experience in a similar field.
      <\/li>
    • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with strong technical and analytical skills.
